Our spring tune up is a comprehensive evaluation of your air conditioning system.

- Clean out condensate drain line
- Check air filter
- Clean leaves and dirt out of condenser
- Wash out condenser coil
- Clean out electrical compartment
- Check freon
- Check electrical components
- Tighten any loose electrical connections
- Oil all motors(if applicable)
- Check thermostat

Fall Tune Up
Keep your family safe and comfortable throughout the winter with a complete furnace
inspection and tune up. Our expert technicians will throughly inspect and evaluate
your furnace to ensure it operates at its peak efficiency and safety.
Our fall tune up includes all the following:
- Check for holes/cracks in the heat exchanger
- Clean excess rust and dirt from the heat exchanger
- Inspect the vent system to ensure proper ventilation of dangerous gases
- Check all safety components
- Check for gas leaks
- Oil motors(where applicable)
- Check burners to ensure proper combustion
- Check for proper combustion make-up air
- Clean electrical compartment
All this for only $69.50!!
The fall tune up is generally scheduled in late September through October.
