Mr. Wilks,
I just wanted to take this opportunity to let you know what a wonderful experience we had with your company.
we scheduled our appointment for an air conditioner replacement during spring break, and as nature would have it, the day of the appointment the weather turned rainy and cold. Your technician Keith came right on time, and although we
told him due to the weather we were willing to reschedule, he insisted on getting the work done. He was absolutely professional, and finished everything in a timely manner.
He even came out a week later to check the unit to make sure it was cooling properly, and at to extra charge. I also appreciate the fact that your son, Patrick, came by while the work was being done, just to introduce himself, and to check
on our satisfaction with the final product. It was a job well done!
